I wouldn’t - Lifeguard Swim Atlanta Employee Review

-little pay - superiors do not have any employees backs -EXTREMELY RUDE parents at the pool! They treat you like dirt and management does NOTHING about it - confusing; you essentially are under the parents control as well as managements control (you are never in the right) - has offered/asked for a pay raise and did not get it both times -I could really continue on and on - you HAVE to work 30-40 hours a week because they are so understaffed (of which management does not care at all that the guards are totally underworked with no compensation)
