Pros
We get treated to tons of fun events and celebrations. Great opportunity to earn well if you are dedicated and hardworking. Awesome colleagues. Diverse team. Many interesting clients to support. Good employee perks and benefits beyond just the commission, and generous paid time off.
Cons
Agency recruitment is always tough. We have to have a thick skin. Often have to do things outside of work hours due to candidate or client availability, so it's not a 9-5 job but we get plenty of work/life flexibility and can work from home up to 3 days/week.
