Very poorly micromanaged from the top down. One minute staff are able to get away with one thing then the next your being told no and getting into trouble. Have no grasp of clientele. Very few sales to entice customers in to an already saturated market. Constant coaching to the point where you feel you can't even do your job. All of the good employees quit because they can see how poorly managed the company is.
