Pros
The culture is great. Coworkers are supportive, HR and administrative folks are easy to talk to, and there are a few fun events that they do regularly (trivia games, occasional music league runs, etc.)
Cons
The CTO doesn't believe engineers are people. He only believes in delivering results on unrealistic timelines with no input from the engineers or engineering management, and protecting himself. He's said more than once that all engineers should be "fungible" and anyone should be able to do any job, and used that as an excuse to say people should stop complaining about the timelines that he imposes.
