Some great people working at the college Rewarding a lot of the time

Arrogant and divisive management team, not enough support given to front line staff Most staff are unable to have a proper voice or make a real difference due to the closed-shop decisions by management Many staff are expected to work a lot of extra hours unpaid.

With the College having an Outstanding reputation reflects well on employees and there is a great avenue for excelling in certain positions alongside with a clear organisational structure

Morale within some teams were not necessarily high due to there not being enough recognition for efforts and hard work on occasion
