Pros
- Results oriented - Plenty of growth opportunities. They are heavily investing in their employees. Lots of cool people you can learn from. - Very well organized internally, most of the processes are well defined and automated in some way - Management almost always prefers long-term solutions over quick fixes that provide immediate profit, but create more serious problems later on - Laid-back, informal atmosphere
Cons
- They expect developers to be more or less self sufficient when it comes to communicating with clients. If you don't have good communication skills (and are not willing to learn them) - this company might not be a good match for you.
