Pros
Swing's recruitment process is pretty thorough, fast, and communicative. It's not like one person is guiding you, but you get automated emails telling you next steps, and you can always reach out to their support. There are many required trainings, but you do get reimbursed for some. Work isn't consistent but that said, there is a lot of flexibility here if you are looking for part-time work. As a teacher, I do feel valued here (which is huge) and they are professional. Pay definitely varies by district and role, but some are very competitive.

-Inconsistent work (but that's most sub jobs) -Lack of feedback -Jobs are first-come, first serve, so you have to be quick
