      Good pay for subs, app easy to use

      Cons

      It's hard to get work sometimes. There are a lot of subs, but not enough schools. It's a game of who saw it first and who was the fastest to accept.

      Flexible Lots of opportunities Many schools in my area

      Just like the other review, I noticed that around march/ April they dropped the pay significantly?? Some requests are even below minimum wage and I’m confused why they’re even allowing that to happen. I just don’t understand what happened to them I did also have some negative run ins with staffing at some of the school and unfortunately swing will always take their side no matter what. I learned to just escalate the issues to the school district/ superintendents.
