      Great work-life balance and good benefits.

      Cons

      Management has a disgusting outlook on the team, and they are absolutely not what they preach. Especially Josh, the way he will easily humiliate and belittle someone. I am still scarred by all the mansplaining and the disrespect and disregard for our trans colleague. It's definitely not a safe space for people of color and trans and NB people.

      Swipe is such a welcoming environment and the staff really strive to encourage all your work. They look out for you and are flexible with anything you might be struggling with.

      Remote work can be challenging at times but swipe will help address any issues you may be having
