Pros
• Ability to make an impact – our technology is saving lives. • You are given freedom within your role, we are a small team so there isn’t a lot of overlap of positions. Each position is crucial to our success. • A lot of processes don’t exist or haven’t been done before so it is rewarding to help build something from scratch. • Benefits & unlimited vacation are great!
Cons
• The start-up life isn’t for everyone! Some of the pros like small teams and building things from scratch could be a negative if you don’t like working hard and being patient. • Things are moving quickly and can be chaotic at a start-up. • Limited resources at times – you have to get creative and make do with what we have.
