Pros

Fun, contemporary, big parties for employees as you can see via social media, marketing is great for offices, 1 set of embroidered Swish scrubs, and t-shirts were given. Very lax on dress code

Cons

DSO feel, cliqued up, favoritism, not family-oriented, very production based. No training for new employees. Huge facade, no money for products to be ordered for DDS or RDH. If you are not a part of the "IN" crowd you will not be taken care of.

Pros

We got pizza occasionally, that was cool.

Cons

While I enjoyed working with some of my coworkers, the overall work environment was challenging. Employees were frequently overworked and often felt unappreciated for their contributions. There was a noticeable lack of respect for staff, which negatively impacted morale and retention. Communication from upper management (operation team) was inconsistent. There was a significant lack of consistency in training and operational expectations. Employees were often instructed to perform tasks one way, only to be reprimanded later for following those same instructions when expectations changed without clear communication. This constant shift in procedures created unnecessary confusion, frustration, and a sense of uncertainty among staff. The leadership culture appeared to favor certain individuals, creating an unfair and toxic work environment. Upper management often seemed disconnected from the day-to-day challenges staff faced. Decisions were frequently made without considering how they would impact employees on the front lines, leading to unrealistic expectations and additional stress. Concerns raised by staff went unheard or unaddressed, leaving many employees feeling unsupported and undervalued. Office managers were given tons of responsibility without the authority needed to effectively manage their teams. Since office managers weren’t given enough authority to effectively manage their teams, employees were often able to ignore rules and instructions without being held accountable. This led to recurring workplace issues, frustration, and a lack of respect for management. Overall horrible place to work as an office manager.
