Pros

None other than you pick your hours

Cons

I was hired as a coordinator. Did not coordinate one day. Was put in several places where I was watched on bathroom, water breaks, etc. If people think you're not working hard enough, they send you home. If someone says you made a mistake, they send you home. Supervisors literally time you when you go to the restroom. 2 15 min breaks where you barely have time to swallow your food. Chinese sweatshop. I got behind on bills because I relied on this job -40 hours a week and was sent home more times than not simply because they didn't think I was working hard or fast enough You are literally watched on camera while doing your job. . It was a waste of time.

Pros

The job being Flexible and remote are the only pros.

Cons

Very low pay. Either a recruiter is making money off of my pay or this company is just cheap. I do very well at this job but because I’m a man I get ignored by supervisors which are all women. They’ll answer any of the women’s questions who work there with ease, yet crickets when I ask anything plus my Utilization points get docked. They’re overstaffed so there’s weeks where I only work 2 hrs. I can tell it’s churn and burn. Waisted my time accepting this job. It really feels like the workers don’t want to loose their job so they try their best to paint your job record so when the time comes it’s easy to let you go. Don’t waist your time unless you’re really desperate. The commission structure is awful at a whopping 3% of a $30 item that people barely like to buy. It’s just a bad place to be with terrible CRM systems that are slow and erases your work. It’s like they make money but can’t even upgrade their systems. In the end this company is not trying to set anyone up for success.
