- Low morale from certain teams, engagement score at all time low - No inflationary salary adjustment, so loyalty is not really encouraged, but penalised as after some years at Swiss Re your pay is going to be eroded by inflation - Higher than industry average gender pay gap - Not many female in senior position, the senior management is predominately male
