Pros
Pros? There are very few pros to working for this company. It is a nice stepping stone to gain some experience. However, it is not a long-term solution.
Cons
The cons are plenty. Let us start from the beginning, shall we? The complaint is primarily directed at the managers, as they sit on their hands and feign innocence. Managers belittling employees, making them feel less than. Employees threaten other employees with physical violence, and yet, once again, managers do nothing. Managers threaten employees with termination just because they do not like them. Managers continue to speak ill of those who have moved on to other opportunities, to other employees. Do not even mention your kids, as upper management does not want to hear about your personal life. However, some managers leave early to pick up their children, sometimes leaving at 2 or 3 o’clock when the day ends at five and coming in at 9 or 10 when the day starts at 8, yet they can’t offer the same courtesy to their employees. Doctor’s Appointment? Don’t even think of asking to come in late or leave early. You must take PTO. Sick? You must take PTO despite having the ability to work from home. There is no flexibility, but there is an expectation to be readily available during your vacation due to a lack of coverage or inadequate knowledge. The expectations for every employee are different, making this a hostile work environment with limited opportunities for advancement with a threat of termination if you do not answer your phone. This company has garnered a bad reputation and is not one that you would recommend to your worst enemy.
