Pros

The people, and the location

Cons

They don't have a clear plan on what they want, they brought in two customer relations specialists to maintain the department, improve process, and customer experience, and pushedthem into sales roles. They haven't got a focus to fix internal issues, and are very react to problems rather than being proactive. They discourage openly positive attitudes in the workplace and prefer drones who don't want to effect positive change.

Pros

Paid for lunch, benefits package was solid

Cons

I did not enjoy much else other than the benefits and paid lunches. Growth is nearly non-existent. Wages are not very competitive.

Pros

Flexible working So close to East Croydon Station Friendly supportive teams with a "can-do" attitude Great views from 21st floor over London Good career progression. They aim to keep good people so there is opportunity to progress both within the company moving between teams if you want to, or within other group companies.

Cons

Parking in Croydon is very difficult if you don't commute by train Switch is based on 21st Floor of No1 Croydon, if you don't like lifts or walking down the stairs when there's a fire alarm practise this is not the place for you
