Pros

Where do I start... There are NONE. at first people are really nice and welcoming. My interview was pretty good, in form, but obviously they kinda brush of the whole management training thing and especially THE PAY. They made it seem so easy that you almost don't ask questions. I felt emotianally drained working there. Not a single day I went home and did not cry wether I made a sale or not. YES IT IS THAT BAD. Most people that work there are fake and not genuine at all. ALL MANAGEMENT CARE ABOUT IS SALES. If you don't trust me, don't make a sale two days in a row and you'll see how they treat you now. The whole thing is just so fake you have to stay far way. You won't go anywhere, not will build any career. Only 10% make it to the top. WATCH THE DEVILCORP VIDEO ON YOUTUBE and you'll understand what I am talking about. They tell you its a management training program which should be completed in about a year, LIE. I know people where working there for almost a year who where no where near assistant manager, because they had 1 or 2 people in their team. WORSE, someone was there for over 2 years and was still and account manager. So do the math, A LIE

Cons

They will send you out in any weather conditions to make sale best believe. I worked in cold rain, snow, rain, anything you can imagine. We only had one day out because everything closed because of a snow storm, otherwise, we would've been OUT IN THE COLD. You'll be brainwashed most of the time so be kind to yourself when you finally get out and realize what a mess you've been in.

Pros

They hire you fast! That's the only good thing

Cons

Their website switchandgrow seems to be deleted now. Some of the people I worked with then as well completely wiped SWITCH from their linkedin etc. I wonder what happened. But during the time I worked there, it was definitely very weird. It seemed like a sort of sham, but was covered with "sales" for companies like internet companies etc. They also had a charity fundraising department which I heard was even more weird. I was in the sales department.

Pros

Social and high energy atmosphere. Fun atmosphere and if you're young, a crowd of people your age to make friends with.

Cons

Long, long hours, beyond actually working. Hours before and after work are dedicated to invest in "training" and creating networking connections after hours as well. It isolates you socially so your friends and family have less chances to tell you you're not being treated fairly. Check out "Inside the Slave Circle" documentary on youtube. Training is 30 people standing in a room practicing having the same conversation, over and over, with side lessons on how to manipulate people/keep your attitude up. Every day base pay was $30 before commission. $500 a week, if you were lucky, for a 70 hour work week and the promise you could own your own office and be an entrepreneur. They also don't reimburse you for travel expenses. They say theyre looking for senior executives, but its basically a middle management position in a pyramid scheme. Management dangles the promise of future success for hard now. Manipulative tactics are used to sell, and the job is constantly being sold to you. It is canvassing or d2d sales. There's little to no management training and in the manager's own words, training is too quick to be useful, so people keep making mistakes. Office structure is messy due to quick turn over. If you have no faith that this job will turn out fortune for you- which in a pyramid structure, there always has to be many many people on the bottom- there's not a lot for you here career wise.
