I was very basic with graphic design skills, but my senior took out his time and spent not days but weeks to guide and improve my skills with photoshop and illustrator. When my tenure was over, I was offered a full-time position too, but since I had to go abroad for my further studies I couldn't accept the offer. The best part of my experience at Switchidea has been the mentorship and guidance I got over the period of 3 months.

Nothing specific as in such, they all have been friendly and supportive.

The team is really helpful and supportive. You are always motivated to work better and better. Mr. Niranjan is really co-operative and helpful, even all others are also.
