      Pros

      The company has a great recruitment team and good culture. They make you feel welcome immediately and go above and beyond in preparing you to obtain a job position that best fits your experience. Their process of successfully transferring you into the positions are very smooth and stress free. I would recommend working with Swoon highly!

      Pros

      I have a contracted job at a big company that values me. Not Swoon.

      Cons

      Low pay. No paid holidays. 5 days to use as vacation or sick time. No communication to see how things are going at the company I work at. The company I work at authorizes a pay raise and Swoon takes more of the raise than they give to me. Health insurance offered does not cover anything major that may happen.
