Hard pass if you have a moral compass - Recruiter Swoon Employee Review

If you have any sort of a moral compass, take a hard pass on joining this company. They are only money minded and do not believe it any impact what so ever. All the negative reviews on Glassdoor are infact very accurate. The company is run by women who are aggressive, judgmental and money minded. Diversity, inclusion and collaboration are all on paper alone. If you have any goals in life to find satisfaction in your job or help people find their dream job through recruitment this is not the place to be in. Listen to your conscience and take a hard pass
