      Pros

      Swoon is an amazing place to work. Good balance of dedicated, hard-working folks that you genuinely like working with. Fresh ideas are continuously encouraged. By far the best place I have ever worked, hands down and I plan on being here for years to come.

      Cons

      I honestly cannot think of any. As we continue to grow, I am sure we will see changes, but that is natural and necessary to stay competitive.

      Pros

      I have a contracted job at a big company that values me. Not Swoon.

      Cons

      Low pay. No paid holidays. 5 days to use as vacation or sick time. No communication to see how things are going at the company I work at. The company I work at authorizes a pay raise and Swoon takes more of the raise than they give to me. Health insurance offered does not cover anything major that may happen.
