      I’ve had a great experience with Swoon. They’re very responsive anytime I have a question, and I appreciate how often they check in to make sure everything is going smoothly. It makes me feel supported and valued.

      I don't fully have any cons. However I’d love to learn more about long-term opportunities!

      Pros

      I have a contracted job at a big company that values me. Not Swoon.

      Cons

      Low pay. No paid holidays. 5 days to use as vacation or sick time. No communication to see how things are going at the company I work at. The company I work at authorizes a pay raise and Swoon takes more of the raise than they give to me. Health insurance offered does not cover anything major that may happen.
