Pros
Everyone you come across at Swoop is friendly, passionate and a lot of fun. We are a global team and we come together once a year in bristol. It’s two the funnest (and most exhausting) weeks of the year. It’s so energising to see your colleagues (and friends) face to face and learn about each others cultures.
I’ve always felt encouraged to voice an opinion at Swoop. It’s helped me grow in confidence and find direction in my career. There is plenty of space for personal and professional growth.

It’s very busy and fast paced - be up for the challenge!
