The team is very supportive and great to work with, coming from another insurance carrier Swyfft knows what they are doing and it works. From the first conversation to a month in I never had a company where I feel more comfortable and happy to go to work.

None seriously, benefits are great, PTO is great work life balance is great

Good culture, smart employees, minimal politics, good ethics.

Swyfft really struggled when it first started to provide good customer service. Luckily that's changed.
