Supportive and dynamic teammates, the CSR team is always there to lend a hand to us and each other and when needed. I could tell they got it together.
Cons
Cheap insurance is sold by brokers in southern coastal states where Cat losses are overwhelming. They put the cart before the horse, premiums are paid upfront but the Claims office wasn't ready to answer calls and service homeowners.
