Pros

Being able to perform the work required Remotely was extremely beneficial and day to day team members (including lower management)were always pleasant to work with.

Cons

on top of not being paid accurately, on time or at all since 2020, management was quick to blame their own lack of communication, lack of transparency and poor management skills on individuals/groups who were working above and beyond with the little tools/room they were given to work with. The company was/is a master at ghosting the rest of its employees when direct/urgent answers were needed in regards to pay, benefits, training etc. They even fully expected people to continue providing 110% even with not being paid for weeks and would berate the teams during meetings for not giving the 110% energy they were demanding without pay. They were also caught in lies and misinformation repeatedly and would double down when accused. I’m regards to not being paid, it became evident that a lot of the staff were also being severely underpaid based on current gross/annual incomes based of local and National averages. Not strictly tied to the US. It also became clear there was a heavy turn around within certain parts of the company (especially the finance department). There’s so much more but at the end of it all while the staff were amazing individuals I would not recommend working for this company.

Pros

- Some employees at the ground level are genuinely hardworking and supportive individuals. - Remote flexibility depending on the role.

Cons

• Extremely high turnover at the executive level – 4 COOs in just a few years. • Leadership is driven by personal feelings, not performance or fairness. • If you're not part of the internal "clique," you're excluded and often pushed out. • The new Head of Finance fosters a hostile work environment—unprofessional conduct, lack of leadership experience, and actively undermines colleagues. • Toxic culture where belittling, harassment, and slander are tolerated—if not encouraged—by upper management. • Despite repeatedly being promised a raise after taking on additional roles, I never received it—not once in over 4 years. • Company preaches about “saving money” while constantly spending irresponsibly in areas that don’t benefit staff or operations. • Termination came without cause, without prior documentation, write-ups, or discussions—just blindsided. • Leadership showed no empathy or professionalism during the termination process. The environment has no room for transparency or accountability.
