Pros

When starting with Swyft the culture was one of support, transparency and professionalism. Since the company brought on a CEO to help us with our amazing growth the Company has done a nose dive in our basic Values.

Cons

The Leadership team with the exception of our founders had miss handled our profit margin…. With Expensive Travel, Expensive Hotel and Expensive events for the leadership team only and bringing on High $ new hires with the hope that they will help turn things around has turned out to be a disaster… with this inability to make the changes that needed to be made to benefit our clients and dedicated staff…. They have decided to lay off 30 + employees without notice. The empathy and open Transparency we were known for prior to the current CEO’s arrival has completely disappeared… Employees are no longer considered family and a team that works together with the goal of taking care of our customers… they are now just numbers to be eliminated to hopefully appease the Board… CEO made promises he could not keep to the detriment of Dedicated employees.

Pros

Free health care. Literally the only pro.

Cons

Swyft Filings will hire you on and layoff multiple people within one year due to "financial decline" in the organization. Continuous layoffs are ridiculous with what they would consider a "generous" severance package. Or what I would call a slap in the face. I thought this was a good company to work for until I saw how they truly care about their employees.
