Pros
Sybyl is a wonderful company to work for if you are looking to get started in the system integrator space. It has great staff, flexible working hours, and WFH. The work is adequate. It offers training programs for staff to upskill.
Cons
Unequal pay bands. You and your colleague in the same department are paid unequally. There is also no clear path outlined on how to get a raise. It is purely subjective.
