Pros
Mostly flexible time. You get to work on new gadgets, new technology and overall there is less bureaucracy than in other companies. You can actually experiment and propose ideas even if you are a developer. This way you feel that your work matters.
Cons
If you are new in the company, then you don't get help. There isn't any process that anyone takes you through after you join. I needed to start asking the management what I was suppose to do and I needed to figure out what my role was. There isn't any training. On one side you get to work with some of the most brightest people and on the other you get to work with people, who are too egoistic and . If you ask questions, then you're labeled less competent and people show you that they are annoyed by you. The culture is very elitist like. People form groups and work together to be better than you just for the sake of being praised by the management. People talk badly about other behind their backs. It's very sad, that in such a great company with such great technology there is a culture of misstrust and back stabbing.
