      You are required to have a teaching degree for both tutoring and management positions; if you love to teach, avoid managing.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work I did do. Working with the children and helping with teachers was fun and I got to socialize quite often with staff and students.

      Cons

      I was fired for missing one shift because my mother ended up in an accident. I did not get to explain myself for missing said shift and was told to think about my actions for 4 days before being let go. Extremely unprofessional.
