Pros
Overtime is optional. Company likes to hire from within so if you get bored of your position, you can move to another department and your current manager will help you with that change. Management always seriously listens to concerns & suggestions.
Cons
Health & retirement benefits could be better. Employee activities are sometimes far more geared toward the salaried employees than the production employees.
