Pros
It's a young culture, and management is fairly forward-looking in their attitude. Open to new methods and technologies, and people are generally friendly. Benefits are excellent.
Cons
Management seems like they have good intentions, and always try to make it seem like they are taking care of their employees, but over time it's clear that it is all talk and there is no real effort to do right by their employees. Unstructured, with not all managers knowing what HR and other procedures are. Company does not inspire confidence in their long-term stability.
