Pros
Flexible work hours are great, but also a requirement when working with Europe and Asia. There are a lot of great people working here, with deep knowledge of their department, and a passion for their job. Direct exposure to senior management. Experience working with colleagues in Finland and China definitely makes working here more interesting. You can truly get international experience here, most likely it will be a requirement to work with teams outside the US.
Cons
US side is the smallest part of the company, so there is limited growth opportunities, but they are focused on growing US headcount. Does not seem to be a clearly defined business focus on what Symbio should become.
