      Pros

      Get to work on innovative robotics. Owner very good at relaying company goals, promotes diverse work environment and listens to employees. Management asks for employee feedback and actively responds accordingly. I would highly recommend working at Symbotic.

      Cons

      Facilities are not the greatest, hopefully upcoming planned renovations will be a big improvement
