Pros
Decent benefit package, especially healthcare coverage. An open door and less hierarchy culture. People are nice and close to each other as a group.
Cons
Limited/ no career growth. Poor salary growth and bonus in comparison to large firms. The small company mentality often created chaos and un-desired stress. A rather high turn-over among mid-level employees.
