Cons
The Customer Success team is stretched far beyond capacity due to an unsustainable workload. Burnout is common, and the team has seen an alarming turnover – over 90% have left within the past year, either due to resignations or dismissals. Despite repeated concerns being raised to management and leadership team, no meaningful action has been taken. The role has shifted dramatically from being a strategic advisor to clients to focusing almost entirely on sales targets and performance metrics. It’s a disappointing change, especially considering the company once had a strong culture built on meaningful values and employee well-being. Sadly, that culture seems to have eroded.
