Some of the old timers are holding the fort of the organization 4. Good distribution of staff across business units

1. Have seen the organization transitioning from employee friendly to number friendly company 2. Interestingly, CEO talks high about the glass door review with employees without even understanding the ground realities 3. Management changes are frequent. Someone in BU management moved to sales. Someone technically strong moved to HR and now again back to delivery 4. Not an organization that gives equal opportunity to all employees at all levels hence reducing the scope of personal growth 5. Employees are stressed out working day in and out as the only mantra organization believes in is "Customer is god" without even understand employees state. This creates lots of delivery issues dissatisfying customers as well as employees
