Due to flexible work, it happens that some days in our offices are more busy than others. We value balance and flexibility, which is why we empower our employees to choose when to work from the office, rather han having strict rules on this.
As people do choose to come to our Amsterdam office it is regularly full, so we are excited to be expanding to a new floor this year.
Within Technology, we have a transparent competency framework to determine when promotions should apply. We support development with time and budget, and we celebrate promotions throughout the year when competencies are aligned.
We are a growing scale up. We know that comes with growing pains and challenges. We choose progress over perfection and our employee engagement surveys validate that we are making great progress building a great work environment where people are enabled to thrive.
