Favoritism. If you’re not sucking up to leadership you won’t be getting promoted.
Your experience does not matter. They rather hire outside people then promote from within. You will see Agents having to train superiors because they have ZERO idea about DME or the job in general.
Leadership is always against each other, stepping on each other to reach to the top.
They try and make all the departments against each other like it’s a competition, when they should all be working together.
I feel so bad for the patients waiting on there orders, it’s a mess, not enough agents for the amount of orders and patients.
Having to work ALL holidays and weekends.
Be ready to do things that you didn’t apply for. You interviewed for one job but they have you doing something completely different.
Also be prepared to be on the phones ALLLL day. They only care about numbers, adherence and making sure you stay on the phone all day.
