I enjoy working here because it allows me to always challenge myself to be a better employee. The company has a lot of care and and compassion for its employees . Here you actually more than just employee

Some jobs are longer than others but it balances out.

Management is very responsible and accommodating to needs. They are open to feedback and new ideas. Everyone uses a very open and honest style of communication. Employees are very helpful and push each other to succeed.

The company is relatively new, but this is not necessarily a con because nothing is "fixed" yet.
