Pros
Nothing special as we had a very bad experience with our funds.
Cons
I am compelled to share my profoundly disappointing experience with Synavos. Not only have they failed to clear my dues, but they have also resorted to unethical practices such as overbilling and cost-cutting measures that directly impact their employees and customers.
Synavos has shown a blatant disregard for their employees' well-being by cutting essential resources such as events, and even resorting to measures like saving electricity to cut costs, even at the expense of jeopardizing operations. They have neglected to start generators when needed, leading to disruptions and inconveniences that could have been easily avoided.
Furthermore, the delays in salaries and employee funds, coupled with manipulative tactics to exploit fluctuations in dollar rates for their own gain, are utterly reprehensible. It is unacceptable for a company to prioritize their bottom line over the livelihoods and welfare of their employees.
They still have not paid the funds of over 100 employees working for a specific customer and laying that employees have stolen the laptop and other resources when those resources were actually the assets of the same customer.
Despite my persistent efforts to address these issues, Synavos has repeatedly evaded responsibility and failed to provide satisfactory resolutions. Their lack of transparency and accountability speaks volumes about their integrity as a business.
I strongly advise anyone considering engaging with Synavos to exercise caution. Their unethical behavior and disregard for their employees and customers are indefensible. Seek out companies that prioritize honesty, integrity, and respect for their stakeholders.
