I have yet to experience any negatives with SyncOnSet. The only thing would be that I was not accustomed to the kind of work environment they foster, but now that I am, I love it!

SyncOnSet is a really exciting place to work! The team fosters creativity and open communication, and we constantly push each other to bring our products to the next level. Because we are a start-up, there's a lot of opportunity to go outside of your "regular job" to help other departments, share knowledge, and build new responsibilities. We often promote from within, and employees receive excellent coaching from upper management on how to grow our careers. I am consistently amazed by the passion and brilliance of my teammates, and it inspires me to work harder and be better every day. TL;DR list of pros: - Great opportunity for growth - Really smart and inspiring co-workers - Open communication (i.e. hearty debate and shared dedication to problem solving) - Excellent coaching from upper management - Unlimited vacation and also snacks (cuz who doesn't love that?!)

Not much to put here, but a few things to note for those wanting to join us. - Having a bi-coastal team requires additional effort in staying connected, but we have Slack, Google hangouts, and annual retreats to help with that! - We're a start-up, so you need to stay on your toes, be flexible, and be ready to take initiative. There's definitely no "hiding behind a desk" here!
