Miller Jobe, the founder, is a very dedicated professional who has many contacts and really does work to get a candidate a contracting position. David Donato also works tirelessly to fill positions and is very easy to work with.

Beware that your benefits or tax contributions may not be what you thought. I was hired as a 1099 and I somehow did not process that information well. After working a contract for 8 months, the Federal Income taxes came due and I was thousands of dollars short! Also, due to the fact that the company is very small, their benefits are very expensive.

Though they don't have any direct clients they do have good relation with vendors. Marketing is good but not great.

Low pay scale not competitive.
