Treated more like a number than a valued employee - Order Entry Synchrony Health Services Employee Review

Thank you for your review and taking time to give PCA Feedback! We are always striving to treat all employees fair and one measurement is productivity along with others. In your area you are correct productivity is measured and to be fair to all team members we have to set standards. We do not ever treat employees based on just one factor and I think our reviews state that clearly, but if we have employees that do not meet basic expectations we must address performance fairly. We understand PCA may not be the right fit or a specific position may not be the right fit for everyone! Our Indianapolis office was just recognized for the best Customer Service Pharmacy of the year based on ratings by their customers, they also were in the top 3 for employee service scores. We have residents that are relying on us for their medications and we are committed to delivering the right medication to those residents timely so we do need a commitment of understanding from our team members of how important they are to this process! WE take our employees and the lives of those we service seriously! Thank you again for your time!
