Pros
The culture at PCA has been great since day 1. Everyone has welcomed me and the atmosphere is very relaxed. My boss and support partners have been very helpful in my onboarding and have quickly gotten me up to speed with what is expected in my role as an Executive Director. This job has also provided me with a great work-life balance that I need from my job. I am provided all of the resources I need to do my job and have yet to encounter a situation where I didn't know who to call or how to resolve. I am provided feedback from my boss so that I stay on track with expectations and performance goals. He is clear with expectations and is always accessible if I have questions. Our COO even checks in with me at least weekly to ensure I have the support I need to be successful.
