-Remote work -Good co-workers. Jeff White is the best manager/Director ever -Good pay, commensurate with your number of hires -Plenty of different roles to work and no micro-management
Cons
- Expensive health insurance. $270/single -Certain managers while competent, you'll certainly butt heads with often and they will assert their decisions bc of seniority, color, etc E.g. When you confront them on something wrong, instead of actually listening to understand, they'll get defensive, rarely take accountability and use their title to assert their decision and you'll end up getting an HR wite-up - Know that Synectics was bought by an offshore firm semi-recently and layoffs have occured, while on the flipside hiring more offshore employees...so do with that info as you will -Culture went downhill, especially after covid and company acquisition
