      Amazing company to work for. They take care of their own. Benefits and pay are excellent. Leadership and manager are easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Downside is upward mobility. If you are working in a contract but employed by Syneos, the contract with x company and Syneos could end and now you are out of a job.
