      Good training ground, interview is a one-day-process

      Very very poor resources. Overworks employees but underpays. Penalties are bigger than rewards.

      Pros

      The main reason is to gain more experiences and learn new things in a differnt environment. To adapt yourself to communicate with everyone in the working place.

      Cons

      My downsides of working is stress and pressure that you feel in the working place. If theres no collaboration,you cannot achieve a given job at a time.
