Pros
Great perks/benefits and lots of awesome people. The turnover here is almost zero so that says a lot about the company and the type of people that work here. We get the job done but definitely have some fun along the way. The company is always doing something fun for its employees like a raft trip, holiday party, Mardi Gras party, etc. Management really treats everyone with respect and is open to new ideas/feedback.
