Not stressful – I’m not being watched over my shoulder, which I appreciate. Friendly and supportive people. Managers check in regularly and give useful feedback. Health insurance, PTO, and 401k match. Flexibility with my schedule whenever I need it. Plus, we have team activities that keep everyone engaged.

Onboarding was a bit rushed.

There are a few, like salaries getting paid on time, and coworkers being great, but that should be the norm. Even the few pros that make the company actually stand out simply aren't good enough to justify putting up with all the headaches you'll get from working here.

Whatever positive things you might have heard about Synergi Partners, disregard them. All of them are lies spread by employees who are threatened by management. The company is run by a bunch of incompetent, vain, and arrogant clowns who do nothing but make terrible decisions and make everyone around them absolutely miserable. Work-life balance is a mess due to the company forcing employees to work long hours and accomplish overwhelming workloads under severely tight deadlines with zero support. If you're thinking of advancing your career or growing your skills, Synergi Partners is the last place you should be looking.
