Great Career - Senior Consultant Synergy Consulting Employee Review

Working in the consulting can be challenging, there is always the possibility of late payment or no payment. Synergy has yet to fail to me; even when I know their client has not paid for my services.

Living on the west was a little challenging as Synergy is based out of Cary, NC. Nevertheless, someone was always available from Cary to assist with trouble shooting or talk to the customer while my team made the repairs.

Sunday is working (but they will not tell you about this as it is unofficial), tedious long work hours, stressful work culture, no personal time during weekdays, you can suffer mental and physical health problems - like anxiety, stress, depression, back problems, covid (they didn't allow WFH even during COVID), etc. If you want to sacrifice your entire life to a job, this place is for you my friend. Also, there will be days when you will be expected to work more than 24 hours continuously.
